Return and Exchange Policy

We have a 15-day return or exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. After the 15-days, LifeStyle Brand will not allow for any exchanges or returns. Please note, in order to return or exchange any item(s) you will be responsible for the shipping cost. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at LifeStylebrand92@gmail.com Please include a brief description of the reason for the return or exchange. Also, include the invoice number and your full name on the subject column. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

You can always contact us for any return question at Lifestylebrand92@gmail.com. Please allow any returns or exchanges to be processed 10-15 business days. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping

Order Processing

All merchandise orders are fulfilled on business days within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 11am CST on Friday will ship the next business day (first non-holiday after the weekend).

Shipping Method

We offer shipping within the continental United States. Orders of $75 or more are eligible for free shipping. All shipping is currently through USPS Priority. If you need rushed overnight shipping please email lifestylebrand92@gmail.com The shipping fee will be adjusted upon checkout based on the destination of your order. Expedited shipping fee's vary depending on location. If a shipment has been sent but is not received, the receiving party has the responsibility of contacting the shipper. A tracking number will be provided and we will do our best to assist you. If you are not completely satisfied or if there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation & original packaging and contact us immediately by sending an email to lifestylebrand92@gmail.com
